Do you know about

Sound Baths?

They’re more than a trend—they’re a powerful tool for nervous system regulation. Sound baths use instruments like crystal bowls, chimes, and gongs to create vibrational frequencies that slow brainwaves, guiding the body into a deeply relaxed, parasympathetic state. This helps quiet the mind, reduce cortisol levels, and promote healing. Many people describe feeling more grounded, clear, and connected after just one session.

You don’t have to do anything during a sound bath—just show up and receive. You’ll be lying down in a relaxed position while sound waves gently guide your body into a state of rest and restoration. Bring anything you need to feel comfortable: a yoga mat, pillows, a blanket, even an eye mask if you like. Wear cozy clothes and come ready to relax. This is your time to soften, recalibrate, and let the nervous system settle. Nothing is required of you—just your presence.

Each sound bath begins with a gentle guided meditation to help you land in your body and prepare to receive. From there, you're immersed in soothing frequencies from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other vibrational tools—designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep rest. We’ve also been weaving sound with other healing modalities like acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, and expressive art workshops, offering layered experiences that nourish both the body and the spirit.
